Two chair members, Eric Elzenheimer and Christian Kanarski, were honored for their excellent theses. First, Eric received the award for the best PhD thesis of the Faculty of Engineering on May, 25th. Our president, Simone Fulda, presented Eric with the certificate at the Kiel Kunsthalle and acknowledged his great achievement.

The next day, on May 26th, Christian received the Petersen Award for the best technical Master thesis in Northern Germany. Our dean, Reinhard Koch, presented the certificate in the Audimax and acknowledged Christian's great achievement.
